Next Energy Solar is a new, locally owned solar company in Wellington. I always love seeing new businesses come to town, especially ones that help contribute to the downtown area. They’ve recently moved into an old gas station building on the west end of Cleveland Avenue and have already made huge improvements, including painting and adding a sign.
Justin and Spencer own Next Energy Solar and reached out to me back in September 2020 to help them get their marketing off the ground. They already had a logo, so we moved toward building a website. They helped make the process seamless by providing the content and photos quickly. I completed some content edits and built them a website that’s one of my favorites to-date.
One of the big selling points for Next Energy Solar is the fact that they’re local. Often, you get solar companies that come to your door and offer up their services and they’re usually not locally owned companies. Both Justin and Spencer have made Wellington their home and they’ve already started investing in the community. Locally owned businesses, especially in a small town, hold themselves to a higher standard. Their customers and clients are their neighbors and friends, so you know the service will be top-notch.
Since launching the website in October 2020, I’ve worked with Next Energy Solar on a handful of other projects including two direct mail postcards, business cards and a brochure. Most recently, I’ve built and implemented their Facebook and Google ad campaigns, which have resulted in a handful of solid leads so far.
